Ottai Features

Ottai sits outside of your existing telecoms infrastructure but is able to extract call metadata and audio, in order to record and transcribe calls to apply rules to.

Calls are transcribed using a configurable transcription engine, and call transcriptions can be searched and tagged manually and dynamically.

Ottai’s rule engine allows for pushing call recording and rule matching data to a third-party for ingestion and notifications (e.g. Slack).

Ottai allows for accounts to be nested, providing oversight and control for resellers and network operators.
